Finally we have the plaeasure to announce that The Master’s Programme in Neurodegenerative Disease Care is now ready to commence at the General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University (KDU) in January 2026. This is a result of the Neurocare project that Triskelion was a key development partner in.

They have already called for applications, and the response has been truly overwhelming, reflecting the strong professional demand for this much-needed program.

 

Although all four Sri Lankan partner universities have worked tirelessly toward this goal, KDU has been able to initiate the program first. It has to be emphasized that this is not a special achievement of KDU alone, but rather a result of the hard work, unwavering support, commitment, and shared vision of our entire NeuroCare consortium from Sweden, Sri Lanka, Slovenia, Norway, Cyprus, and Estonia.

 

We fully recognize that each Sri Lankan university is progressing toward launching the same program soon, and that the University Grants Commission (UGC) approval process naturally takes time.
